Life and Wellness Coach

I am an unapologetic optimist; I believe possibilities exists all around us.  Experience has taught me possibilities can get clouded behind what we’ve been told over time and as a result, it makes it hard to hear our own voice, to know our true passion.  

When I was younger, I wanted to be a social worker, but life had other plans for me.  I was divorced with a small child, and I chose to enter the corporate world instead of continuing my studies.  I don’t regret that decision, I was able to provide financially and make a good life for my family.  Now, after many years in this space, it’s time for me to get back to the root of who I am and my passion.

When I was exploring how to make that transition, I worked with a Life Coach and the experience was transformational.  I decided I wanted to give that same experience to others, so I went back to school to achieve my dream of helping others.  Life Coaching allows me to meet clients where they are and help them achieve what is important to them.

As a Life Coach, I use tools curated to the client’s needs which helps them gain clarity to create a life they love.  A Life Coach helps people develop a plan for moving forward and through regular meetings, gives them the space to follow through on those plans, so they see results.

As a Certified Life and Wellness Coach through the Health Coach Institute, I help people clear the clutter, tune back into their own voice, and find fulfillment in their life.

I am also studying to become a certified facilitator for a program based on a Stanford University Master’s Degree Program, with an expected completion in November 2021.  The CIJ Clarity Catalyst and The Culture Catalyst, are two additional powerful programs which have helped thousands of clients to cultivate creativity, authenticity, and self-expression.
